Since our relationship began in 2011, we helped TRESemmé build their social presence from the ground up: growing existing platforms and launching Instagram and Pinterest accounts from scratch while performing community management, strategy, editorial, creative, and production roles.
From shooting daily tutorials for always-on organic channels to organizing paid social campaigns, our roles and capabilities adapted as quickly as the shifting social landscape.
Additionally, we lead the charge in revamping their social presence as a Fashion Week sponsor across 12+ seasons, both in New York and Miami.
Fashion Week with TRESemmé
TRESemmé wanted to increase market share and engagement among 21-29 year old women. Fashion forward women in this demo week 24/7 style resources to achieve salon-worthy hair every day, so we created the First Digital Hair Salon: a virtual salon with 24/7 access to 100+ how-to videos accompanied by a webcam mirror. The result was a 28% increase in sales at US Walgreens stores and +16% increase in purchase intent after visiting the Style Studio.
